BCAC By-Laws updated 1/15/2008

1. All meetings will be run in a orderly manor conducted by the president.
2. BCAC Membership runs from March 1st to March 1st of the following year.
3. By-Law Amendment period runs from Jan 1st through Oct.31st. (Prior to election of club officers).
4. Quorum: You must have at least 10 members present to have a official meeting or tournament.
5. BCAC has a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy before and during all tournaments.
6. The following is a list of the club officers who must be nominated by the membership on the 10th month and elected on 11th month of the year.
   1. President
   2. Vice President
   3. Secretary/Treasurer
   4. Sergeant at Arms
   5. Tournament Director
   6. Assistant Tournament Director

   Any member of this club may volunteer to become any of the club officers upon results of election of officers. Any position that has not been filled can be done by one of the other officers. All officers will be in office for a one year term from January to January. BCAC will be made up of the Penn Warner Club. BCAC will have a (6) man executive committee and a (4) man tournament committee.

7. The duties of the club officers will be as follows:
   1. The President conduct the meetings according to the clubs by-laws.
   2. The President will have a vote in all club voting situations.
   3. Any request or problems that needs to be presented to the Penn Warner Club is to come from the President only.
   4. Vice President will fill the duties of the President in the absence of the President, and the scale master at the tournaments.
   5. Secretary/Treasurer will keep minutes of all meetings and club activities. He/she will be responsible for all club correspondence and tournament records. And also maintain all records pertaining to finances of the club including reports given at the regular meeting. He/she will issue checks for all club expenditures. All club checks will have two (2) signatures on them. One will be the President and the other will be either the Vice President or the Treasurer.
   6. The Tournament Committee will be headed by a Tournament Director who will be assisted by at least four (4) other members (selected or volunteer) who will help the Director in all aspects of running the clubs fishing tournaments. Two (2) members will do boat checks and assist in launching. Two (2) members will assist at the weigh in.
   7. Assistant Tournament Director will collect all tournament money and break it down into tournaments pay out, and hand out starting numbers.
   8. Sergeant at Arms must maintain order during all club meetings.
   9. The Executive Committee will consist of club officers and the members of the Tournament Committee.
   10. General meetings will start at 7:30 p.m. every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, or as otherwise scheduled. Club members must attend 50% of the club meetings. EXCEPTIONS will be made to those who have other obligations on the nights of meetings.
   11. Any member volunteering to run an activity and does not follow through with it, the Executive Committee will step in and see that the event is carried out or dropped.
   12. BCAC membership will run from March 1st to March 1st of following year.
   13. BCAC membership fee will be $50.00 a year.(before March 1st) After March 1st the BCAC membership fee will be $60.00. Membership will include his/her spouse and children under the age of 18. Only two (2) adults may vote.
   14. No refunds on anything that is collected for the purpose of the BCAC club.
   15. All money in BCAC treasury will be used for the purpose of the club as a whole.
   16. Any member who is caught cheating in any fishing contest will be disqualified and thrown out of the club.
